It's been a fairly long time since I've seen a Yenko. While an authentic one is a thing of the past, Specialty Vehicle Engineering (SVE) has kept it alive with a modified Silverado they're calling the 2018 Yenko Silverado.

More than a new body, the Silverado was fitted with a 6.8-liter LT1-based V-8 engine plus supercharger. This allows the big boy to push out a hefty 800 horsepower and 750 pound-feet of torque. It's built from a standard cab/short box truck with the Z71 package.

The vehicle has more than just extra kick. The Yenko Silverado will also come with Brembo brakes, a ride lowering kit, Rancho shocks, and (unsurprisingly) Yenko badging. Graphics can be seen on all sides stating what this truck is, and what its capable of.

Performance is cool, but how about the cab? Inside you'll find Yenko seats in a plaid houndstooth pattern, surrounded by black and white interior accents. The exterior is black by default but can be changed to any factory color for an additional fee. The seats are also upgradable if you can shell out $2,495 extra.

The Yenko Silverado will be rare and affordable, a dangerous combo. Only 25 examples will be made, each with a numbered badge and key fob. But it's very reasonably priced, starting at $46,995.
