This should come as no surprise. British automaker McLaren is unveiling the second-gen Super Series at the Geneva motor show soon, and judging from the teasers, it's going to drop some jaws.
To show what we mean, watch this teaser of the successor to the 2014 650S:
Stopping Power
But it doesn't stop there. The second-gen Super Series won't just drift, it'll feature top-notch stopping power. Autoweek recently revealed the details:
"From 124 mph, the second-gen Super Series can come to a stop in 4.6 seconds in 117 meters (384 feet). That's on par with the McLaren P1, which can make the same stop in 4.5 seconds and 116 meters."
All this due to stiffer brake calipers and carbon-ceramic discs. The binders will work with Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires, made specifically for the new cars.
Stay tuned for the official launch on March 7!
