Sometimes, being immensely wealthy can be dangerous. You become the target of rival businessmen, powerful criminals, and angry internet strangers. So it only makes sense to want a vehicle that can protect you. Introducing the latest creation by the Land Rover Special Vehicle Operations division.

Take this Land Rover Sentinel for example. As you probably could tell, this is a bit more than your standard model. This particular car comes with armored glass, undercarriage/roof blast protection, and an emergency escape system located in the rear luggage compartment. It's truly built for a man with a mark on his head.

The Sentinel was built specifically to survive an Improved Explosive Blast (IED) if needed. To make that work, they've installed blast and bulletproof panels all over and upgraded parts to handle the new strain. The wheels run on special "run-flat" tires that work even if busted. The windows will not lower more than 6 inches to protect the passengers. A public address system to communicate with outsiders. It also comes with a plethora of lights and alarm systems.

It's not just tough, but powerful as well. It comes with a 5.0-liter supercharged V-8 engine pushing 375 horsepower. Even with the extra weight of bulletproof glass and armor plating, it still boasts a 0-60 mph time of 9.8 seconds and a top speed of 120 mph.

I'd want to wish I needed one of these. But if I did, I'd be scared for my life.
