Have you ever modified a car so much that it became a watch? a Denmark based company has! and they're offering them to the public.

REC Watches takes old Mustangs and uses their parts to create custom wrist watches. They find Mustangs from junkyards across the globe for these purposes, but interested buyers can also provide parts from their own vehicle for a more personal and nostalgic end product.

The research team at REC Watches will hunt down past owners of found vehicles as to preserve its history upon watchification, going as far to also create a video recounting the vehicles life.

REC Watches co-founder Christian Mygh made a statement about their business' mantra.

“Most people would just see a pile of metal, a ghost of a Mustang. We see something completely different–the soul of a car and a story that needs to be told. I’m not cutting up Mustangs. I’m bringing Mustangs that are beyond repair back to life as a watch.”

As you might expect, such a transformation doesn't come cheap. The price of a Mustang watch starts around $1,500. That may be a hefty fee for a watch, but can you put a price on the bond between a man and his Mustang?
