Aston Martin makes vehicles for the rich and swanky. But cars?? ground-based transportation is for peasants! If you really want to be classy, you take to the sky! Introducing the ACH130 Aston Martin Edition.

The British automaker has teamed up with Airbus Corporate Helicopters to produce their own air vehicle. The inner workings are ACH, with a variety of livery options, all based on classic Aston Martin designs. More than that, the cabin scheme will follow the external design, Aston Martin's logo can be found throughout the instrument panel. You even get your name inscribed on it.

Marek Reichman, Aston Martin's vice president and chief creative officer, had this to say.

“We have our own set of automotive design principles but in recent years we have been learning how to apply our principles to other areas of design, such as architecture, motorcycles and now helicopters.”

This partnership project isn't too surprising. Not because helicopters are a rich-people thing, but because of the brand's history with alternative transportation. Back in 2018, Aston Martin partnered with Triton Submarines to develop Project Nepture. This underwater vehicle could dive up to 1,500 feet below the water's surface.

If you're lucky enough to afford your own chopper, then you can order your own ACH130 Aston Martin Edition helicopter. Orders will be fulfilled in early 2020.

We'll stick to the ground, thank you.
