Zagato is one of the most popular coachbuilders around. Based out of Italy, their clientele has grown to consist of only the most discerning of modified vehicle enthusiasts. Their most recent project takes a fresh look at the Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder.

The vehicle model has suddenly appeared on Zagato's website, titled as the L595 Zagato. The listing has 2018 listed as the date, so people are speculating that it will be unveiled properly at next month's 2018 Concorso d'Eleganza Ville d'Este at Lake Como in Italy. This is primarily to the L595 Zagato Coupe having been unveiled in 2014 at the same event.

The coupe and the Spyder alike are built off of a Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4. The exaggerated fenders and modified front and rear ends are similar to that of the coupe. Granted, we won't know for sure until the official specs and details are released.

It's interesting to opt for the Gallardo when the Huracán is a seemingly more viable option. The Gallardo is an amazing machine all the same, but the Huracán is noticeably more advanced with general performance and interior refinement alike. But if you have money to blow, then its more about personal preference than anything.

Perhaps it's because of my bias for sleek, green cars, but this has to be one of my favorite looking vehicles.
